Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract Position)
Contract Duration: Open-ended (estimated 3–6 months)
Schedule: 5 hours per week, during standard business hours

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support an ongoing Cardiology clinical trial. This contractor must be comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced research environment. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on clinical research experience who is ready to step in and immediately contribute.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
- Collect, review, and accurately enter study data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
- Maintain complete, timely, and audit-ready documentation in compliance with study protocols and regulatory standards.
Query Management
- Review, track, and resolve EDC data queries promptly.
- Collaborate with study monitors and internal team members to ensure data quality and protocol adherence.
Qualifications
Clinical Research Experience:
Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is required.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and electronic data capture (EDC) platforms.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to engage effectively with participants, investigators, and internal teams.
Attention to Detail:
Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in data collection, documentation, and protocol compliance.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Naples, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
