CNC Machinist – Naples, FL

Pay: $24.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Experience Level: Entry Level+

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated CNC Machinist to join our production team. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on machining experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to consistently produce high‑quality parts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to production specifications
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and verify tool paths
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform in‑process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling or turning)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
• Proficiency with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
• Familiarity with basic G‑code adjustments is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
