About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company-helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls-it's about building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation
- Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information
- Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Resolve customer issues with cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people
- Competitive Pay: $18/hr
