Description

• Ensures team members are at their assigned line performing their designated functions to meet required productivity.

• Verifies the production line is operational and safe for startup.

• Communicates daily goals to team members.

• Makes decisions that help the team achieve desired results.

• Assists in developing and maintaining team performance measurements.

• Ensures compliance with all safety, AIB/GMP, and company policies.

• Identifies and utilizes each team member’s strengths, skills, and knowledge to enhance team performance.

• Must have a basic understanding of SAP.

• Other duties as assigned.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
