Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work in an industrial environment. The role involves working off preventive maintenance schedules as well as reactive maintenance when machinery breaks down. Ideal candidates will have experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gears. PLC experience is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance repairs to machinery in an industrial setting.
- Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and conduct reactive maintenance when machinery breaks down.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Work independently as well as part of a team.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gears.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
- PLC experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual abilities are advantageous.
- Ability to use a computer and multitask efficiently.
- Providing own hand tools to perform job responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial environment and requires hands-on maintenance work. Employees will work Monday to Friday in either the 7 AM - 3 PM shift or the 10 AM - 6 PM shift. The dress code is casual, and employees are expected to provide their own hand tools.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
