TEKsystems is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in product ownership and business analysis, a deep understanding of the SDLC, data platforms, and AI technologies, and a passion for leveraging Generative AI to drive digital transformation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and define AI/GenAI use cases.

• Lead pre-project discovery, including business problem elicitation, feasibility analysis, and business case development.

• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional and non-functional requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, site visits, and workflow analysis to gather insights and define solution scope.
