Job Title: Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints. You will create and manage project timelines, coordinate with various teams, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety protocols.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, commercial, and mixed-use construction.
