Job Title: Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to manage multiple projects from inception to completion, specializing in both ground-up construction and fit-out projects. This role requires strong experience in interior fit-outs and high-end hospitality environments.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on both ground-up and fit-out construction.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Implement value engineering practices to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Proficiency in managing level 5 finishes and interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of grid ceilings, fire caulking, and drywall systems.
• Expertise in metal framing and acoustic requirements.
• Familiarity with construction tools and software such as Bluebeam and Procore.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Safety certifications, including OSHA 10.
