Project Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving product quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoys collaborating across engineering, production, and customer-facing teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll ensure all products meet customer drawings, specifications, and PO requirements while developing and managing BOMs and manufacturing routers. You’ll support new product development, lead design and process changes, and approve tooling, fixtures, and CNC programs. This role also leads product reviews, investigates and resolves MRBs, supports quoting and cost analysis, and recommends safety and ergonomic improvements. You’ll participate directly in customer and supplier discussions to keep programs moving smoothly.

What You Bring

Experience with CAD software and a strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, welding, or fiber laser processes. Familiarity with AS9100 environments is a plus. Your top strengths include CAD proficiency, hands-on manufacturing knowledge, and fabrication experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palm Bay, FL.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
