Finance Counselor

TEKsystems is currently seeking qualified candidates interested in a Personal Finance Specialist position in Pensacola, FL!

Job Description:

• Provide consumer credit counseling and administer debt management services through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide information regarding banking products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Compute payment offers to creditors, intervening and negotiating with creditors to extend, consolidate, refinance, and/or restructure credit terms and conditions for debt repayment.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Requirements:

• Recent customer service experience, working directly with customers
• Willingness to help others, empathy and patience towards members
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Quick data entry skills
• Ability to naviate multiple computer systems

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm CST
• Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week onsite

Pay: $17/hour
