We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator who will be responsible for setting up machines, conducting tooling and equipment changeovers, performing basic troubleshooting, and operating machinery efficiently.
Responsibilities- Set up machines according to specifications.
- Conduct tooling and equipment changeovers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.
- Operate machines efficiently and safely.
- Ensure production goals are met through proficient machine operation.
- Proficiency in machine operation and operating tools.
- Experience with tooling changes and machine changeovers.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- At least 1 year of experience in machine operation, automotive, or machinery repair/building.
- Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with production and general labor tasks.

Work EnvironmentWork in an air-conditioned facility with a dedicated air filtration system, alongside a team of 8 in the department. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pinellas Park, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
