We’re hiring Production Workers to join our Mattress Assembly, Material Handling, or Quilting departments. No two days are exactly the same — and you’ll be part of creating a product people rely on every day.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help build high‑quality mattresses by following clear instructions and using a variety of tools. Depending on the department, your day may include:

Assembly

• Building the inside of mattresses by applying glue, foam, and upholstery layers
• Using hand and power tools (staple guns, hog‑ring guns, hot glue guns, etc.)
• Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure quality

Quilting Department

• Operating sewing machines to create borders and pillow tops
• Cutting, measuring, and preparing fabrics
• Following step‑by‑step instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency

Material Handling

• Moving materials around the production floor using push carts
• Ensuring each station has the right parts for the next stage of assembly

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of experience using hand tools or working in general assembly
• Previous experience in warehouse, production, or manufacturing setting
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• High school diploma or GED
• Sewing experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable standing and walking for an 8–12 hour shift

Your Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday shifts during peak season
• Potential for 10–12 hour shifts depending on workload
• Bright, clean manufacturing facility focused on Lean principles
• Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise — PPE required and provided

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
