Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate mill and lathe machines, specifically working with Mori 5-axis mill and lathe machines. This role involves M&G code editing, without the need for programming, and performing quality hand inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mori 5-axis mill and lathe machines.
• Edit M&G codes as needed for machine operations.
• Perform quality hand inspections to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive workflow.

Essential Skills

• Experience with lathe and mill set up machinist tasks.
• Proficiency in working with Mori machines.
• Ability to edit M&G codes.
• Strong understanding of machining and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Mori Sieki machines is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITAR compliance requirements.

Work Environment

Work in an ITAR-compliant, indoor air-conditioned facility. To comply with ITAR regulations, applicants must be US citizens or gre en card holders.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Petersburg, FL.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
