What You’ll Do

  • Perform high‑quality MIG welding on aluminum and steel components
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication
  • Assemble and fit marine structures with precision and attention to detail
  • Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished welds to meet Marine Concepts’ quality standards
  • Collaborate with a skilled production team to meet project timelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or marine environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong understanding of welding safety practices
  • Solid work ethic and reliability
  • Positive attitude and team‑focused mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
