Day Shift Tool Room Assembler
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Rotating 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Structure: Weekly pay + Overtime (time and a half)
Job Summary
Seeking a Tool Room Assembler to support production operations by organizing and assembling tools, maintaining equipment, and assisting multiple departments.
This position plays a key role in ensuring production teams have the tools, carts, and materials needed to
meet manufacturing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Work inside the tool cage organizing inventory and maintaining materials on the production floor.
Assemble and prepare tools required by production workers for daily operations.
Build carts, shelving, and tool storage systems to support product flow and organization.
Assist the maintenance team with malfunctioning machinery and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
Cross-train and assist in various departments to support production needs.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
Prior experience working with tools in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with basic machine issues.
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
Strong communication skills and willingness to support multiple teams.
Able to work a 12‑hour rotating schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.
