Job Description

The Warehouse Worker/Order Selector supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, and moving product while maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong inventory control habits, comfort using a computer for data entry, and the ability to help with cycle counts, returns processing, and updating inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

Shift: 1st - Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm

Pay: 15-16/hr

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product, verify counts, inspect for damage, and ensure paperwork/records match what was delivered.
• Enter received items into the system using a computer and help maintain accurate inventory status.
• Pick/pull items from inventory using pick lists and stage items for internal use or outbound shipping.
• Perform cycle counting and periodic inventory checks; research discrepancies and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Support put-away, stocking, and organization of warehouse locations to keep products easy to find and properly stored.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a 26,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled warehouse with two small offices that are not climate-controlled. The team operates from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The current team size is 20, and the site includes a team lead, warehouse supervisor, and warehouse operations manager.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tallahassee,FL.
