Pay $32/hr and $100/day per diem pending mileage

â What Youâll Do
- Install, assemble, and secure commercial HVAC duct systems (rectangular, spiral, and specialty).
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and mechanical plans.
- Fabricate fittings, transitions, and custom components using shop tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal with accuracy and efficiency.
- Install hangers, supports, dampers, and accessories according to code and spec.
- Collaborate with foremen and project teams to keep jobs on schedule.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
â What You Bring
- Proven experience as a commercial sheet metal mechanic.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, and installation methods.
- Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and in mechanical rooms or tight spaces.
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
