Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-6:30pm CST

Start Date: December 8th (no time off during the training period)


Job Description

  • Will take 25-50 calls per day pertaining to Retirement questions and assistance.
  • Will take calls from financial partners, agents, and customers.
  • Take inquiries on new business applications, in-force policy questions transactions, product information, information on rates, services issues, etc.
  • This role will require basic computer skills and the ability to pivot between multiple computer programs. This role will use Salesforce and other homegrown systems on a daily basis.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service/call center experience
  • Basic computer skills - 1+ years
  • Previous life/retirement/benefits experience is preferred but not required
