Seeking Medical Provider Experience

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input patient and provider data into the CRM to initiate benefit verification and enrollment.
• Verify insurance coverage and interpret benefit structures, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums.
• Navigate buy-and-bill reimbursement models and payer-specific requirements to support provider offices.
• Communicate benefit details and prior authorization requirements to providers and patients.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve turnaround times.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve benefit-related issues.
• Ensure compliance by reporting adverse events and tagging clinical documentation appropriately.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a provider-facing or back-office role (e.g., benefits coordination, insurance verification, or revenue cycle).
• Strong understanding of payer policies, benefit structures, and reimbursement workflows.
• Empathetic communicator with a provider-first mindset.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving processes and SOPs.

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Training Shift: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
