As a Solar Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and equipment in both residential and commercial properties. You will interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations. Your role will involve performing troubleshooting and diagnostic work on electrical circuits, panels, and control systems. Conducting inspections to identify hazards, defects, or necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. You will install and connect backup generators, transfer switches, solar inverters, and EV chargers. Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and team members is essential to complete projects on time and within budget. You will maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used, and adhere to company safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times.

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic work on electrical circuits, panels, and control systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify hazards, defects, or necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with NEC and local regulations.
- Install and connect backup generators, transfer switches, solar inverters, and EV chargers.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Follow company safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times.
- Minimum 3–5 years of field experience as a certified electrician.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical diagrams.
- Knowledge of NEC codes, local regulations, and electrical safety standards.
- Experience with solar PV systems, generator installations, and EV charger systems (preferred).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and performing conduit bending.
- Experience pulling wire and working with solar panels.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Titusville, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
