Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection. The goal is to ensure that products are free of flaws and function as designed. This role involves designing and installing sophisticated testing equipment, performing product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels, and minimizing defects and failure rates.

Responsibilities

• Design and install sophisticated testing equipment for product testing and analysis.
• Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control and improvement.
• Conduct thorough testing and inspection to ensure products are free of flaws.
• Analyze reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives to address quality problems and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
• Contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Quality assurance experience in a regulated environment such as FDA regulated environment
• Experience with test equipment and test methods.
• Proficiency in inspection equipment and root cause analysis.
• Understanding of test and inspection methods.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent practical knowledge.
• Experience in product testing and inspection.
• Ability to implement corrective actions.
