Hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant!
This role independently manages complex schedules, coordinates high-profile meetings and events, prepares advanced documentation, and serves as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level administrative support and leadership to the team.
- Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, optimizing time management and prioritization.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving administrative challenges.
- Lead coordination of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage all logistics, agendas, materials, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Ensure flawless execution with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare, edit, review, and format complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all materials.
- Support executive-level communications and presentations.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
- Compile comprehensive reports to support planning and strategic decision-making.
- Organize and synthesize information for leadership review.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional communication, coordination, and interpersonal support.
Qualifications:
- 11+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
- Proven experience supporting leadership and complex team environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including calendar management.
- Experience in budget management and data analysis.
- Experience supporting leaders or executive teams.
- Experience in operational, financial, or strategic administrative support.
- Strong proficiency with document preparation, data analysis, and presentation development.
- Comfort learning and leveraging additional administrative or business systems.
Work Environment
The position will be hybrid, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There is an opportunity to work remotely at least one day a week, typically on Fridays. Occasional driving to other offices is required.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
