Senior On-Site Service Specialist

Position Profile:
Join our dynamic team as a Senior On-Site Service Specialist, where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional operational support and customer service. This role combines high-level mailroom, shipping/receiving, and print services with occasional receptionist duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across client sites. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks-from operating high-volume print equipment to managing mail distribution and coordinating service calls-all while maintaining a professional and customer-focused demeanor.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Operate and maintain high-volume 2D/3D print and copy machines, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Receive, sort, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail and packages using tracking systems
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including dock work and applying postage
  • Distribute office supplies and mail to designated personnel or drop-off points
  • Respond to and coordinate service calls; escalate technical issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate logs for mail, meter readings, service calls, and job charges
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and managing job requests
  • Perform light maintenance, meeting room setups, and occasional receptionist duties
  • Travel between buildings as needed to support multi-site operations
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality check procedures to ensure a secure work environment
Qualifications - Must Have:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in mailroom, print services, or office support
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull equipment up to 400 lbs.
Qualifications - Nice to Have:
  • Experience with copy/print equipment and mailroom operations
  • Basic electronics knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and packing methods
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Working Conditions:
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions when traveling between buildings
  • Physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high service expectations
