Job Title: Warehouse Control Specialist

1st and 2nd shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with manufacturing, production, supply chain, and inventory teams to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery across the production flow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production managers to ensure completion of all metrics-driven action requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal and customer use.
• Support internal logistics processes through innovative staging of workflows.
• Manage work order activities within assigned production cells.
• Monitor and track part movements to ensure timely delivery through the production flow.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment.
• 3+ years of experience supporting administrative processes.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP/MES systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong soft and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and improve processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with ERP, Oracle, NetSuite, MRP, MES, and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and material planning.
• APICS certification and experience in cycle counts, material handling, and process improvement.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled industrial environment with flexible shift options. Candidates must be open to working either day or night shifts. 1st shift operates from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, while 2nd shift runs from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday, with a shift differential.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
