Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for healthcare? Join our remote call center team as a Patient Services Representative, where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients scheduling appointments and seeking support. This is your chance to make a real difference in people’s lives—all from the comfort of your home!


🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Handle 50–55 inbound calls daily, primarily for appointment scheduling
  • Resolve patient inquiries and coordinate services across multiple clinics
  • Update patient demographics and insurance details
  • Educate patients on scheduling, lab results, and forms
  • Deliver exceptional service while multitasking across systems and markets
  • Meet performance standards for quality, productivity, and schedule adherence

✅ What You Bring

Must-Have Skills:

  • 1+ years of call center and customer service experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and empathy in healthcare settings
  • Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and medical terminology
  • Ability to type 30+ WPM and multitask effectively

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Epic, EMR/EHR systems, Salesforce
  • Knowledge of patient scheduling, Medicare, and insurance processes
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

🗓 Schedule & Training

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
    • Mondays & Tuesdays: 9-hour shifts (option to extend to 10 hours)
    • Fridays: 6-hour shift
    • Remaining weekdays: 8-hour shifts
  • Training: 3–4 weeks, on-camera and fully engaged
    • Includes system, market, and live call practice
    • Training hours: 8-hour shifts between 7AM–8PM EST

  • High-speed internet (50+ Mbps download / 25+ Mbps upload)
  • Hardwired connection required (no Wi-Fi)
  • Quiet work environment
