Are you a licensed Respiratory Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact—while keeping flexibility in your schedule? We’re hiring PRN/Per Diem Respiratory Therapists to support patients using portable oxygen therapy equipment. This role allows you to work independently, travel locally, and contribute to better patient outcomes… all while being fairly compensated for your time and expertise.

Schedule & Compensation

• PRN / Per Diem – work as needed, around your availability
• $100 per setup/visit + mileage reimbursement
• Flexible hours, ideal for those balancing other commitments

What You'll Do

• Educate patients on oxygen therapy device usage and safety
• Set up, troubleshoot, and verify proper function of portable oxygen equipment
• Monitor patient progress and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
• Partner with internal teams to deliver quality care
• Make a difference through empathy, expertise, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Active RRT or CRT license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Prior experience with oxygen therapy or home respiratory equipment a plus
• Ability to work independently and travel locally when needed
• A passion for care and a commitment to excellence
