Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing blood draws and specimen collections with precision and professionalism for patients across all age groups. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate data entry, specimen handling, and providing excellent service to every patient encounter.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screenings, paternity testing, alcohol testing, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and promptly
• Prepare specimens for testing and laboratory analysis
• Maintain thorough patient and specimen logs
• Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and efficiency
• Support with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Required Skills:

• Specimen collection
• Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Phlebotomist
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
