Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator

Onsite 5 days a week.
Atlanta schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm OR 7:00 am–3:30 pm
Duties
Assist the PI in all aspects of conducting clinical studies following FDA and Sponsor regulations
Conduct informed consent, screening, and all research visits
Screen participants using inclusion/exclusion criteria and schedule visits per protocol
Complete CRFs, abstract data, and report AEs, SAEs, deviations, and unanticipated problems
Manage investigational product receipt, storage, dispensing, and return
Participate in site initiation, monitoring, close-out visits, audits, and query resolution
Clinical duties:
- Vitals
- Starting IVs
- Monitoring injection/infusion reactions
- Performing and interpreting basic EKGs
- Proficient blood draws (order of draw, tube handling)
- Understanding vaccination status related to drug therapies
Patient teaching (device insertion, teach-back method)
- Use of Interactive Response System (IRT) for drug dispensing and administration checks
Train research and clinic staff as needed
Qualifications
Must hold an active Georgia RN license
Must hold an active BLS CPR
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Minimum of two years of nursing experience
Must have clinical skills in phlebotomy, EKG, and IV infusion
Experience with EMRs and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
