This is a remote, temporary role, ranging from hire date through approximately September 30th, 2026.

About the Role:
Pearson Virtual Schools (PVS) is hiring seasonal, temporary team members to support Connections Academy, a leading online public-school program serving students and families nationwide. We are hiring customer-facing associates to support our Enrollment Experience teams. Reporting to the Supervisor of Enrollment Management, the Document Management Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently reviewing student enrollment documentation.
Document Management Associates will communicate with families regarding missing or incomplete enrollment data and respond to caretaker inquiries. They will maintain enrollment data and assist with saving, uploading, and scanning of enrollment documentation. The Associate will work closely with the enrollment teams to provide the most accurate and timely turnaround of enrollment data verification. A successful candidate will remain current on regulations and requirements for all states in addition to state and federal guidelines related to student data and school specific deadlines.
This position is intended to support families in Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time. The standard work hours for this position are Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST.
You will:
• Review academic and supporting documentation to build a thorough academic picture and ensure accurate course placement
• Create initial student schedules based on age and available information or triage to school-based staff for additional review
• Complete placement and schedule change requests for enrolled students
• Assist with account creation for Supplemental Instructional Support Programs and enrollment into requested Clubs & Activities
• Manage daily workflow to ensure completeness and compliance to expected service levels, including (but not limited to):
o Reviewing student accounts holistically to be able to speak to outstanding tasks or recommended actions to ensure the continuing student's success
o Serving as a subject matter expert for a group of schools, knowing intimately operational differences between the schools which drive operational processes
o Organizing and completing assigned workflows to ensure effective time management, accurate data integrity, efficient communication, and student retention
o Maintaining student accounts and records, documenting and logging information into the EMS accurately
• Protect the privacy of student account information through compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)).

• Able to take direction quickly and learn new procedures, processes, and products
• Able to use a variety of customer service and sales tools, software, and systems to effectively manage customer interactions
• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, professional, and empathetic
• Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Focused on building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a structured environment
• Believe in a culture of continuous improvement supporting enrollment goals
• Able to adhere to company attendance policy and work flexible hours between 9am-6pm Eastern Time, including at least one weekend day and potentially late shifts when needed
You have:
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior school enrollment/registration experience is a strong plus
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong customer service and analysis skills
• Technologically proficient (especially with Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ideally Salesforce)
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to pay close attention to detail is essential
• Willingness to adapt to consistent change
• Remote experience preferred

Compensation:$37,440 / yr
