Alarm Install Technician

Job Description

We’re hiring Alarm Installation Technicians to support a series of retail-based projects across NC, SC, GA, FL, and AL. This is a travel-heavy opportunity for experienced alarm installers who are ready to take on consistent work with strong financial upside and the potential to convert to full-time. If you’ve got solid troubleshooting skills, know your way around Bosch systems, and want to be part of a growing team, this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Install fire and burglar alarm systems, speakers, and CCTV systems per spec
• Pull cable according to code and mount bridal rings
• Install devices and ensure all systems are clear before leaving the site
• Program speakers and CCTV systems (alarm system programming handled by customer)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site
• Read and follow blueprints and installation prints
• Communicate daily updates via email
• Travel to project sites (lodging and per diem provided)
• Work Sunday–Friday, 9 PM to 6 AM, with occasional day shifts

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of fire alarm installation experience
• Experience with Bosch systems and access control troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of CCTV setup and IP camera troubleshooting
• OSHA 30 certification
• NICET I or higher (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• FASA/BASA certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Scissor lift certification and ability to operate lift
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and handle physical workload
• Basic computer skills and experience with iPads
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel
