Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG welding on steel. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints and performing cutting tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel structures.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Utilize measurement tools to ensure precision in tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Engage in general construction and production activities.
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in MIG welding.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Competence in measuring accurately with tape measures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a pre-fabrication shop environment.
- General construction and labor experience.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a pre-fabrication shop environment that is not climate-controlled but is comfortable for working conditions. Shift hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austell, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
