🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Validate and test fiber optic cabling and Cat6 Ethernet infrastructure
• Perform splicing, termination, and physical layer validation
• Follow and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with a growing team in a schedule-driven environment

✅ What You Bring:

• Strong experience with Cat6 Ethernet and fiber validation
• Familiarity with structured cabling standards
• Ability to work independently and integrate seamlessly into a team
• Clear documentation and process improvement mindset

🌟 Nice to Have:

• Experience with Greenfield deployments
• Knowledge of network documentation tools or cable management systems
• Interest in contributing to team scaling and hiring discussions

🧰 Work Environment:

• Data center setting – 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)
• PPE provided: high-vis vest, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, hard hat
• Composite-toed boots required (reimbursed up to $100)
• Work with limited oversight and high autonomy
