- Capability to manage and oversee performance of pharmacy technicians and support staff.
- Pharmacy certification and prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Experience or strong interest in transitioning from a retail pharmacy environment to a closed-door pharmacy setting.
- Exposure to or experience with clinical drugs such as IV medications, particularly beneficial for candidates coming from retail pharmacy.
- Comfort working in an environment that is less clinically intensive than a hospital but offers meaningful exposure to clinical drug products.
- Interest in potential long-term opportunities, including the possibility of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and organizational needs.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
