About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Aseptic Process Engineering to lead and deploy aseptic technology platforms across GSK's global manufacturing network. This role is pivotal in integrating new technologies and ensuring robust, modern, automated, and digitalized aseptic processes in close collaboration with R&D. You will play a key role in shaping the future of drug product manufacturing and ensuring sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
• If you are based in another US location, the annual base salary range is $101,250 to $168,750.
The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.

- Support platform design and deployment, ensuring harmonization and quality across sites.
- Co-develop secondary processes and provide technical expertise during process transfers from R&D to manufacturing.
- Define strategies for new equipment and technologies, including benchmarking and validation.
- Coordinate technical expertise networks and foster knowledge sharing internally and externally.
- Lead or contribute to transversal projects and multidisciplinary workstreams.
- Provide troubleshooting support and manage knowledge systems for future process ownership.
- Education: Degree in process engineering or life sciences (biology, biomedical science, pharmacy).
- Experience:
- 5-10 years in pharmaceutical production, including at least 3 years in aseptic technologies.
- Experience in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Experience in communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and manage change effectively.
- Languages - Fluent in English (B1/B2 level); additional languages (French, Italian, German) are a plus.
- Experience with compliance requirements, data analysis and IT tools.
