Tech Support Representative (Hybrid) – Atlanta, GA (Peachtree Corners)

$27/hour | M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 1 Day WFH + 4 Days Onsite

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various products and platforms
• Deliver exceptional support via chat, email, and phone
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on updates
• Report bugs and customer trends to improve processes
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Must-have: Tech support experience and strong troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM tools, and MS Dynamics
• Comfortable supporting customers across chat, email, and phone
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Law enforcement experience is a plus
• Tech-savvy and fluent in navigating digital tools
