Job Description
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift for most of the day. Your main tasks will include moving and staging inventory, using a hand jack to move materials, and preparing materials for installers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to move and stage inventory efficiently.
- Utilize a hand jack for material movement.
- Prepare materials for installation teams.
- Ensure safe and precise handling of heavy materials.
- Proficiency in operating a forklift.
- Experience in heavy lifting and material handling.
- Familiarity with inventory management.
- Ability to use a pallet jack.
- Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus.
- Previous work experience at Amazon projects is beneficial.
- Strong attendance record is essential.
- Capability to perform extensive physical labor.

Work Environment
You will be working inside a large Amazon facility warehouse, which is a busy environment with many moving parts. Collaborate with PAC Advisors and Aerotek Services. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with some optional Saturdays, working 8-10 hours per day.

This is a Contract position based out of Pooler, GA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
