• 8+ years of end to end design experience with a strong emphasis on visual design having supported a variety of digital products end to end, B2B and/or B2C native mobile / web experiences.
• Experience supporting production design work with strong attention to detail.
• Strong experience working within a design system; understanding how and when to use color, iconography, aesthetics, etc. Most of this has been built and already exists within our environment, so they will not be building the design system but need to know how to work effectively within the constraints.
• Experience presenting to executive leaderships or at conferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a compelling UX vision, supported by a roadmap of iterative enhancements that align with long-term goals.
• Build strong partnerships across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure cohesive, inclusive, and informed user experiences.
• Champion user needs in a fast-paced environment, providing design leadership that bridges design, content, business, and technology.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly across multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold and promote company culture and values while driving excellence in design execution and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision).
• Experience working within multidisciplinary UX or product teams.
• Proven ability to implement visual design systems across multiple platforms in an agile development environment.
• Understanding of platform-specific constraints (desktop, mobile, Android, iOS).
• Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale within a user-centered design framework.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript prototyping is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• High level of refinement in design execution and attention to detail.
