Senior Human Resources Generalist


Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations. The role involves optimizing performance management processes, handling HR-related projects, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with leadership to enhance employee performance and develop training programs.


Responsibilities

  • Process FMLA, LOA, Worker Compensation claims.
  • Analyze and ensure compliance with relevant government rules and regulations, updating management as needed.
  • Optimize and track the performance management process and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage performance-related and other HR projects as necessary.
  • Prepare, update, track, and maintain HR records and reports, including policy manuals and organization charts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
  • Support benefits administration, compensation planning, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HRIS data


Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to undergo blood draws every 6 months to check lead levels.
  • Proficiency in human resources and employee relations.
  • Experience in HR administration within a manufacturing environment.
  • Must possess a high school diploma.
