You'll be on the front lines, tackling preventative maintenance and jumping into action for corrective repairs, all to keep our client's vital data centers running like perfectly oiled machines, 24/7. This role is a core part of our Critical and Technical Services team, where we're all about delivering top-notch physical plant maintenance in highly sensitive, high-stakes environments.

This role is a core part of our Critical and Technical Services team, where we're all about delivering top-notch physical plant maintenance in highly sensitive, high-stakes environments.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including performing servicing and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms, promptly addressing and completing emergency repairs as needed.
- Ensure that site environmental conditions consistently provide a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring all activities adhere to company processes, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Alert management to any subcontractor performance issues that do not meet Master Service Agreement requirements.
- Execute planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on a diverse range of equipment.
- Perform regular building walkthroughs, accurately taking meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and utilities.
- Diagnose and resolve facility and plant faults and defects.
- Complete all assigned work according to established processes and procedures, upholding all safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure comprehensive maintenance records are maintained.
- Actively participate in all required training to ensure proficiency in job-related responsibilities.
