Description

A local Bank is currently seeking a Product Manager to join their Card Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing and management of Card Services Division's consumer and small business products including credit card, debit card, HELOC, and loans/lines. Key functions include acquisition strategy, campaign execution, and product development including pricing and offers management.

Product Strategy and Marketing - Supports product strategy with the goal of driving profitability through acquisition, usage (wallet share), and retention. Develops and executes acquisition and engagement promotions in partnership with marketing, compliance, branch, digital, and operational teams and ensures product messaging (inclusive of disclosures) is consistent and appropriate throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Product Development and Profitability - Ensures product suite will attract and retain customers and maintain adequate financial return by monitoring industry trends, influencing pricing and fee strategy and partnering across the organization to manage risk/reward tradeoff.

Portfolio Data Analytics and Customer Targeting - Provide analytical perspective for account performance, portfolio trends, and customer behavior.
