Entry Level Call Center

At TEKsystems we are seeking motivated individuals who are looking to begin their career in an office environment for one of our local Banking companies in Oahu. This is a great opportunity for those eager to gain hands-on experience, with the start in May 2026. In this Customer Service role, you will serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers, playing a key role in delivering a positive and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of communication for customer inquiries
• Provide high-quality customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information
• Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where customer experience is the top priority
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training requirements

Qualifications

• Ability to attend Monday–Friday training from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for the first 3 months
• After training, ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
• Weekend shifts required on a rotational basis
• High level of professionalism with strong verbal communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working with computers, internet-based systems, and multiple applications
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
