Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Prep Cook / Production Line Worker to support our kitchen operations. This role focuses on preparing roasted meats, poke, and other food items that keep our customers coming back. Shifts start early and are ideal for someone who enjoys working mornings.

Schedule:

• 3–4 days per week (with opportunity for more days)
• Start time: 6:30–7:00 AM
• Shift length: Typically 4–6 hours
• Days: Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of roasted meats, poke, and other food items
• Prep ingredients, portion products, and support production flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe workspace
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front‑of‑house team
• Provide friendly customer interaction when needed

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in food prep, kitchen, production, or line cook work
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced food environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Additional Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Previous experience with poke, roasted meats, or local food is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred

This is a Permanent position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
