Job Description
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
Work Schedule:
For Training 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
Call Center hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on business need. Agents must be available to work on 1 weekend days.
Shift will be either 7am-330pm or 1030am-7pm
*Must be able available 7 days, but will only be working 5 days a week.
