Description
- Handle inbound phone calls from customers and employees.
- Answer inquiries by providing information and conducting research.
- Resolve problems by exploring solutions and researching issues.
- Dispatch appropriate emergency services as needed.
- Monitor video feeds.
- Document events accurately for records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Call center experience preferred.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Dependable: Reliable and trustworthy.
- People-oriented: Enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects.
- Adaptable/Flexible: Enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
- Detail-oriented: Prefers focusing on the details of work rather than the bigger picture.
Schedule
- Requires 7 days/week and holiday availability.
- 6AM-2:30PM Shift
- Full time position only
