Description

Responsible for coordinating and performing activities related to the provider onboarding process, provider education, provider outreach and issue resolution. Communicates with external and internal customers and manages work within systems including eVIPS and Salesforce.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Associate's degree and two years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

4. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Hybrid position - will start in office and gradually turn into a hybrid role.
