Call Center Representative (In‑Person)

📍 Honolulu, HI

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representatives for a role on-site in Honolulu. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or accounts
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and basic issues efficiently
• Document call details and update records accurately
• Meet individual and team performance metrics (quality, attendance, call handling)
• Follow company policies and call center procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work on-site in Honolulu (this is not a remote position)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
