Infrastructure Project Coordinator

TEKsystems is seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to support a networking and telecommunications project. This role would be primarily remote but will require occasional on-site visits on Oahu. There also could be some travel to the other islands, but it would not be frequent.

Job Description

• Follow up of the day-to-day support to ensure compliance with the project and meeting installation/repair deadlines.
• Responsible for procedures and problem-solving assistance to ensure project commitments are met.
• Work with Engineers and other departments to resolve network inquiries and issues.
• Serve as coordinator for interdepartmental teaming necessary to complete the project.
• Responsible for administering effective relations and communication with the end customer. This includes assessment, undertaking initiatives, and establishing policies and procedures in an effort to be a project advocate.
• Accumulation, preparation, review and analyze monthly reports.
• Assess and order equipment and materials necessary for completing the project.
