Dispatcher - $25/hr - Weekly Pay - Kapolei

Overview

A growing operations team is seeking a Dispatcher to support daily scheduling and communication for a group of field technicians. This role is fast-paced, highly interactive, and essential to keeping field operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a daily dispatch meeting each morning at 8:30 AM.
• Manage daily scheduling and dispatch for approximately 17–22 technicians.
• Serve as the central communication point for technicians and partners throughout the day.
• Receive calls regarding ticket updates, issues, delays, or schedule changes.
• Adjust schedules in real time based on updates from the field.
• Track ticket status and maintain accurate daily documentation.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be able to work fully on-site in Kapolei.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kapolei, HI.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
