Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting dermatologists in clinical settings, focusing on patient care and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and passionate about healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and document all vital information accurately.
- Provide scribing services for the dermatologist during consultations.
- Offer post-operative wound care instructions to patients.
- Draw blood for laboratory tests.
- Ensure exam rooms are clean and well-stocked.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma is required.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The position involves a collaborative clinical setting, working alongside dermatologists and healthcare professionals. Dress code aligns with professional healthcare standards
