1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM (Mon-Thurs)
About the Opportunity
Seeking motivated Welders to join our growing team in Bettendorf, IA.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on auger flyte components
- Grind and clean parts to remove weld metal and ensure proper finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Use calipers and micrometers to measure auger flyte
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist in prepping bays and supporting helpers as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MIG welding experience
- Welding certificate from a high school program or technical school
- Ability to read blueprints
- Understanding of standard weld symbols
Work Environment
- Weld shop with up to 20 welders
- Initial training: 1–2 weeks on 1st shift with a manager
- After training, employees work independently with periodic check-ins
- Collaboration with shop helpers as needed
- Temperature varies; it can get cold in winter when large doors are open

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
